Incompetence by the EAAB

Never have I had to deal with a more *********** organisation. You are about to cost me my position in my current company and nobody cares cause it is nobodys problem. I am a registered principal and have been for more than 5 years and you block my profile because I have not submitted the Logbook for an intern. Impossible to speak to anyone, everybody tells you differently. Today I have been told that a section 27 application cannot be sent by email to the EAAB, a week ago you gave me the email address??? Nobody knows how to submit a complaint against the EAAB, why not?? The EAAB failed me due to incompetence.
