I just need to get my issue resolved

I requested help from the EAAB on the 27/07/2015, i provided the agent with all the info i had regarding a property i purchased via Chas Everitt 1 1/2 ago. the properly was sold to me under the impression that it was owned by a company who bought the house from auction. Later it was discovered that the occupant who lost the property was still living in the house and refused to vacate the property. He was taken to court and after a year was evicted out. I need advise from this EAAB board as now i am told all the damages that the occupant did to the property is my problem. Thuli never got back to me with any solutions on how he can help me but just ignored my e-mails. Can someone who has experience with such situations please give me the feedback or response i need to move forward.
