Estate agent and landlord

I moved to an apartment through an estate agent (Elmare ***) ,the place is situated in Vanderbijlpark.The place does not cater for a washing machine(no taps/relevent pipes ) and we addresse the issue with Elmari and she said the owner agreed to pay for the installation.A day after we moved in there was armed *******. The ******s broken through the window and took my valuable staff at a gun point.The owner aggred to install more secured burglar in order for us to continue staying there. Now the owner is refusing to pay for the washing machine tap because shes saying that she spend a lot of money installing burglars. This is really unfair because i also lost my valuable staff and spend more money paying for B&Bs meanwhile i was waiting for her to install buglars.Can someone please assist me to cancell the contact and get my full refund if this is not sorted. This people are taking us for granted i always pay on time but their level of servise very disappointing.
