Estate Agency Affairs Board poor service

The customer service at EAAB is pathetic. I've raised a claim against an estate agent, I have not received any correspondence from EAAB. When I call to follow-up, I was told to send and e-mail to Deli Nkambule, I have sent three e-mails to her in the past month she has not responded to any of them. The last e-mail I sent, I copied Thokozani Khumalo, he also did not respond. It is very difficult to get assistance from the board.
