Estate Agency Affairs Board EAAB No Help To Estate Agents

I am an Intern Estate Agent and I've paid nearly R10 000 over to the EAAB in penalties in February 2021 in order to allow me to start to practice again as an agent.

Since then I have been trying to download my FFC2021 from their website. I've spent hours with them on the phone and logged numerous queries on the website,

According to them, I have a duplicate profile on their website and my FFC is available on my previous surname's profile that I am notable to log into.

Their technical department needs to delete my current profile and give me access to my previous profile but they don't do that.

My head office is putting pressure on me to present my FFC2021 to them and I am not able to do that.

Is there really no one in the EAAB who is able to delete a duplicate profile???? The EAAB are supposed to hold estate agents to a standard, but they themselves have no standard or level of professionalism at all.
