Estate agency affairs board

I logged a complaint with the Eaab on the 3rd June 2021. Got an e mail from them with reference no stating that I should get a response within 14 days. I have phoned on various occasions and can never get an answer. Either there system is down or someone from there office will contact me. They do not give you an e mail address to respond to. Only a telephone no.
