EAAB wants your money but fails service delivery
I had ordered study material on the 18th October for the PDE 4 exam. The EAAB instructed me to pay R980 and then organize pick up of the study material. I paid and then called the EAAB to organize pick up and was then told there is no study material. Unbelievable! 2 months later I still have no study material and any phone calls to the EABB and emails are unsuccesful. The EAAB can not give me any information when the study material will arrive. They just say "we don't know" or Joseph would know. The EAAB can never put any phone calls through to Joseph and emails to below mentioned persons are unsuccessful :
Nomsa Mokoena <***> Thalitha Shongwe • *** Joseph Setloboko • *** Sesethu Bahlekazi • ***
Thalitha Shongwe is the responsible person for dealing with complaints but her emails only state "Joseph would know". Joseph never replies and there is no contact telephone number to reach him and no phone calls can be put through to him. This is ridiculous. I see on Hello Peter that other estate agents struggle with the same problem. They get instructed to pay the fee although there is no study Material available and even 2 months later still no study material. This is hilarious and a *******! I will now need to see how I can get my money back. What is worse that I can not proceed with my qualification! I had taken time off from work to study for my PDE 4 exam but without study material I can not do anything and I will not be able to write my exam and be a qualified estate agent. I am so frustrated. Especially as the EAAB obviously has a big problem with managing the study material sourcing and this on an ongoing basis.
