EAAB - Possibly one of he worst service organisations ever.!!!!!

Having registered and app**** for an Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) February 2021, registered for 2022 in Oct/Nov 2021. I never was provided with the FFC and till now never been able to resolve this issue, even after providing proof of payment together with copies of ID and letter of employment etc. on several occasions. This matter does not seem to get resolved and at best just seems to go around in circles. Systems currently offline, Alternative contact number is provided, but upon calling them they're unable to help. ! They also do not come back to person even upon logging a query.

In terms of service I would rate this organisation ZERO, Their website is confusing and certainly could do with a makeover to make it more user friendly too.!!!!
