EAAB POOR SERVICE DELIVERY TO AGENTS

I wish I could give a minus rating... I have tried to get my latest certificate so I can write my Pde exam. I had a such a bad experience from their agent shouting that I don't do as I am told so what do I expect... . I have repeatedly followed their instructions and uploaded the required documents however I feel quite shocked and don't want to belong to this body of rude, *********** people.
