EAAB Clowns.

I cannot tell you how upset and frustrated I am with the EAAB, they are a bunch of clowns who are supposed to protect and safe guard citizens against ************ estate agents who are acting in their own interests. I lodged a complaint almost 3 months ago, was told that I would get feedback after 21days of lodging my complaint. I have called them multiple times to follow up, sent mails to various departments and 2days ago I called again and was met by 2 rude call center agents who were less then willing to assist me or even listen to me. One agent who came to the phone (Luvo) tried to assist me but I could also hear he was also not interested much in resolving my issues (lack of feedback) and just told me that he can't find my complaint and I must send mails again to the same people I had already send countless emails to...I was told that I cannot get a supervisor/ manager to speak to me as they work remotely and don't call customers/ complainants, I was given a number for their front office which rings and rings until someone gets annoyed and just drops the call. This is a regulatory body that was set up to oversee an industry where people are being taken advantage of, the complaint I filed was for ***** which is a serious matter but they just don't care. Before I lodged this complaint I notified tge owner of the company I had an issue with and he flat out laughed at me, clearly knowing that the EAAB is a joke and no investigation or action would be taken against them. It is sad that in a country where unemployment is spreading like wildfire that people chose to take their jobs for granted. I never like wishing ill on people, but for those who take your jobs and the ability to provide food and security for yourself and your family for granted. Wake the hell up and do your job, there are millions of people out there who wish they had that opportunity and would gladly be willing to assist customers.
