EAAB cannot deliver the service levels required

Been trying to get something sorted out for 7 months now. This after they blocked my account for a payment they said was not made in / for 2015. Sent them POP and email after email...Still nothing. The EAAB cannot be the regulators of Professional People and Businesses.
