Disgusting attitude of Estate Agency Affairs board call centre staff

I've just spoken to a very rude and abrupt lady at the Estate Agency Affairs board. Her name is Bonisile Nkosi. I wanted an update on my agent's FFC and the manner she spoke to me in was absolutely appalling. The Estate Agency Affairs board should really have training for their staff on how to assist clients.
