Disgusted Home Owner

I rented out my house through CLE Bonaero Park, when i got my house back it was a mess. I lodged a complaint to EAAB in Feb 2018 and find their service very poor, after following up I received my outcome 4 June, just to let me know they wont be taking matters further. If I had known the shocking service from the board , I could have gone straight to the small claims court! I have to fork out R10 000 to fix the mess, walls, cables etc!!! And did not get a cent back! I now clearly see how the rental agencies get away with what they do, because the board is just as useless, and there are no consciences I don't even rate them 1 star, if their was a minus rating I would have selected that!
