COMPLAINING ABOUT ESTATE AGENCY AFFAIRS BOARD

I laid a complain to estate agency board on 21 November 2019 they responded given me the reference G***I/km .The complain was about the agent Alfred Tshakane who was working at home finders property group i bought a site from him at Mohlakeng ext 5 Randfontein he did not use the correct procedure infact he gave me his business account number and i deposited the amount of R60 000 in realised later when i called his work place the did not trace my payment process and he never gave me the paper work of the site. I then lodged the complain to estate agency board they promised to respond me in 30 working days till today its been two years my case has not been attended.
