Cheated by a property agent and the ombudsman

Wow! The service is so disappointing! The role of an ombudsman is to investigate individuals complaints against a company or organization especially as a public authority. We seek advise and assistance from you with the hope that our matters will be resolved fairly between agents/agencies and individuals.

There is never a response to e-mails or calls. Today, someone must have answered my call by mistake and they decided to tell me that their systems are down and I should call back in an hour or 2. I just called and as always no one is picking up.

This is very sad for property buyers/ agents who feel they have been cheated. I logged my complain in April 2020 and there has been no feedback till this day.
