I owned a property in Bellville, Cape Town. I got new employment in Polokwane hence I had to sell my apartment. I was then connected to an agent, Leynette, to market the flat. In the process of marketing it, she brought in some tenants. And we agreed that the rent will be R6000 monthly. The tenants stayed in my flat for more than 5 months and I only received R4000. When I spoke to the agent she always told me that the tenants had no money to pay for rent. I recently discovered that the agent collected the money from the tenants but she could not deposit the cash into my account. So I need at least R24000 from her for four months. Please intervene in my behalf. I need my money.
