<p>An organization by the name of NACOSA lodged a complained to the estate agency board affairs about the company called Winfield properties. This company violated South African citizen rights as well as their freedom and they also violated South African bill of rights<br />A member of NACOSA went to Estate Agency Affairs Board to whether this company is registered since they work or operate the company japodising people’s rights, they checked only to found out that Winfield properties is not registered with them, so we have advised if we want estate agency affairs board to do further investigations towards Winfield properties we must complete a form and issued a valid proof on our side as the investigations is still pending we must pay R350.00 to receive their affidavit from them. I did paid it and given a date to collect it, we did came for collection we were given a date, unfortunately they were given us excuses and return back without it <br />We went back again whereby we were assisted by a lady called lisbeth Phalane who gave us an affidavit which states that Yusuf Olalekan is registered with the EAAB on 25/11/2014, he was issued with valid fidelity fund certificate by EAAB. All FFC were issued under the firm Winfield investment CC, that astonished us because they checked and said they are not registered with them and Yusuf his surname is not Olalekan his surname is Adeleke their company is not Winfield Investment; it is Winfield Properties according to our knowledge. We asked to see the EAAB CEO she became furious and chased us away till today this matter has not been solved; only the disgrace we got from people like miss lisbeth Phalane who has powers to alleviate crime and ***** that take place in our communities but they embrace it with both hands. We will be very happy if will could get response from the EAAB CEO</p>
