Audit Reports 2013

My accountant submitted an Audit Report for 2013 which they deny receiving. Having made several attempts to send the receipt of the report on the day it was sent together with the report itself, I get no reply, nor does phoning help in any way as they just tell me to wait for a response via email. <br> <br> This is a vicious cycle. They are cutting the very hands that pay their salary.<br> <br> What can be done without screaming and shouting.<br> <br> I feel bul**** by having to comply to all their demands when I am not offered anything in return. <br> The EAAB has never facilitated me in my business, its always demands for finance and education updates and this is for the consumer. Where are my rights? What am I paying for? <br> <br> I ask that you just inform your Agents of what is going on and remedy the issue at hand with urgency.<br> <br> Failing in response to this mail, will need the intervention of media exposure.<br> <br> Mrs CM Sorensen
