Arrogant attitude from an estate agent

<p>I have phoned Neels Labuscagne numerous times before and send him messages regarding tenants he has put in the house next door for being a noise nuisance. I have asked him to please speak to them as it is his tenants and explain to them that they stay in a semi attached home and that they must please lower their noise. This was suppose to be the first thing he had to explain to them before he approved them into the house. This is now the SECOND tenants that he has put in the house that does not seem to understand this. I have also spoke to them but the noise still persist up to date. His answer to me on the last message was to phone the police each time this is happening and refuses to speak to them, and also told me that he is not a child watcher. Bad for an estate agent to speak to non clients in that manner but he wants to sell people's houses.</p> <p> </p> <p>As now I understand he can't do anything and also refuses to speak to his tenants. Just an upsetting experience to have asked for his help and then he gave me an attitude like that.</p> <p> </p>
