Incredibly rude SENIOR management

I have been dealing with them for eight years. Last month they supp**** me with flooring that was out of spec. My installers fitted it but we had to pull it all up and replace all of it (at my own cost), they refused to replace it I had to buy more. With labour, materials and lost production I lost a total of R 87 940.00. I wrote to them and after several weeks of trying to get answers I asked for a meeting with the MD. I was referred to the senior executive a Mr.Don Hairs. I called him and the phone call lasted no more than a couple of minutes during which he alluded to what a nuisance I had been and that there was no point in me seeing him as he wasn't going to do anything about it. Very unhappy to be treated like this by these arrogant people who think they can push their own clients around. An embarrassment to the already poor culture of service in this country. They will get no more of my money and I urge any other prospective client to carefully consider their options when dealing with this company. If you cannot treat your customers with fairness and respect, then you do not deserve to have them.
