Worst service ever.

Essops service is so horrible. They don't even take customers seriously, I lodged a complaint against them with the consumer commission and they were given 15 days to respond, to this day they haven't even responded, it's been almost 30 days. I am shocked that they are responding to complaints here on Hellopeter when they are sitting with my money and not sorting out the issue. Their customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with.
