Worst experience with Essops Sandton

I had the worst experience with Essops Sandton. I bought sofas on the 23rd November 2022 and they are still not delivered to date. I made arrangements with Ntombi for the sofas to be delivered by the 3rd of December. I made multiple follow ups and no one cared to provide me with an update. I sent Ntombi a Watsapp message as she gave me her number but she just ignored my messages. I then called the store and communicated with Hamilton who also gave me his contact but he also just ignored my messages. I had to use money to make follow up with the store since no one bothered with giving me an update. The last call I made I was told that delivery will be end of December but that was not the agreement when I made the payment. Essops Sandton only cares about payment and they fail to deliver. My lounge is still empty to date. If there was a 0 rate i would have honestly selected that. To say I am disappointed is actually an under statement.
