Worst experience!

I bought a lounge suite and they did not have stock. I waited 3 months for delivery. In less than a year one of the couches started sagging. I contacted the store and was promised the unit would be uplifted the next week. It is two months later and numerous emails later - still the unit has not been uplifted or fixed!! Worst experience ever. I will never buy from them again.
