Warning, Essops sells inferior goods
We bought the La****ia lounge suit at the Rand Easter show in 2016 for about R36000 (stand to be corrected). Just after the 13th month, the sofas started cracking. We contacted the branch and sent them receipts however, we were informed that the sofas only have 1 year warranty (after paying that much of money). They however told us that they can send someone to repair at our cost which we agreed to. The person came and told us that the couches are not genuine leather everywhere. The part that cracked was not genuine leather and tried to fix them. he made a mess that we refused to pay him.
About 3 weeks ago, we saw the same lounge suite being advertised for R44000 and we wrote a review on their facebook page. They asked for our numbers 3 weeks later and we are still waiting
