Very disappointing

I was very hesitant on reviewing but something happened again. ..I bought a GEO bed from essops which was delivered with no boards and I spoke to 7 people who promised to call me back for a whole week,I was told the bed is a drop in bed I should buy a base...I then contacted my connect who said they are lying they don't have boards on stock and buying a base would damage the headboard. More than anything I hated the lies,their online store does not give accurate descriptions about products.very unprofessional.I bought lamps over a month ago till date they have not been delivered.
