Unreliable and Pathetic Service

On 16 December 2021 I had the worst experience with Essop Krugersdorp. I hired transport and went in store to purchase a Norway bedroom suite (whitewash) as I was advised by Gift via telephone and whatsapp that stock was available . After waiting for 3 hours and despite having all the whatsapp messages exchanged between Gift and myself, I was accused of buying time as the bedroom suite was sold out while I was sitting in their shop. I left their warehouse disappointed and decided to call the same warehouse to which I was advised that the same bedroom suite was sold out months back. The sales person actually thought that I would change my mind and buy another bedroom suite. On 14 December, she had requested me to make an EFT. Basically she wanted me to pay for the bedroom suite that was out of stock. I will never recommend anyone to do business with Essop because the sales rep is so manipulative and arrogant.
