Unreliable and *************!

I lodged for a refund on the 30th of April 2024, after being told the unit I purchased online was out of stock and will only be In stock in 2 months.. I was told refund will be processed within 7-10 working days! After the waiting period has passed, I still have not received my refund. I got a call from their consultant on 17 May 2024, gave me a lousy explanation, and was lodging the refund only then, so again I'm being told to wait another 7-10 working days... Today (27 may 2024) marks the 10 working days, I have not received my refund or proof of payment.. I've been calling their landline, no one answers.. Really Essops?? I NEED MY REFUND!!!!
