Unreliable
Now that my case involving a damaged leather lounge suite was finalised by the ombudsman I have been trying to contact your office through Ridwaan and Imtiaz (email), and Aisha (telephone) to conclude the matter in line with the adjudicator's report but your office is not responding to any of my emails or phone calls. Urgently get in touch with me.
