Unfair and dishonest Furniture Sales Practices

Essops Furnitures Montana, got me in a bad way. I bought a swivel glass coffee table 2 weeks ago. Paid R6000 cash and the salesperson wanted me to pay R850 delivery from their Krugersdorp warehouse since the instore table was for display. When I probed why I must pay to get table delivered to their store, the answer was for speedy delivery. Then I opted not to pay but settle for normal delivery that was to take three days. 2 weeks up still no delivery after many calls and false promises. Now yesterday was told there’s no more stock on the item, but the stock availability was initially confirmed by the salesman. So I opted for my refund because everything was done in bad taste. Im yet to receive my refund… I hope it will come thru since I need a coffee table as in yesterday. Bad service, dishonest n ************* service from their staff.
