********* business behaviour

So I bought and paid cash for something from a furniture store. The sales person advised that I should take their delivery so that they can help with adjusting at my place.

I opted for that even though the store is 10km from the house. I called back after a few days that I will be fetching as their R750 delivery is expensive considering the distance

They are now telling me I should pay R350 because now the item is from their H/O but I did not buy from there and I refuse to pay any cent more . It means the fee was hidden all along to transport the item from their warehouse to their store

If it is one thing will not stand for is ********* behavior when it comes to customer service
