Unbelievable poor quality sold at Essops

<p>boaught a lounge suite 2 and a half years ago for a arm and a leg - leather Gabriela in black. I was told the price was for quality and durability. I've had 3 cables replaced 6 months after delivery. I now had a complain whereby all my seats has collapse and four recliner cables snapped. I now had to pay R 6500 to have my lounge suite repaired as to them the 5 year was only on the frame. </p>
