Treat customers worse than beggers & staff that lie

Essops Furniture Stoneridge has bad service and treats customers like worse than beggers, you have to follow up on them. They only care about the sale & you paying thousands of rands, after that the staff lie & say the salesperson is in the toilet & they don't have the number of their manager, like really who do they call for emergencies or when they are sick can't make to work. Taking customers for fools by giving such answers. The delivery was meant to be at 1pm but only happened at 5pm & only 2 guys came to assemble, with no tools, so obvious they left at 7pm & had to come back the next day on the 9th of August, way to ruin a holiday and inconvenience a person. No one has apologised or called to check.
