I'm extremely dissatisfied with the two sets of leather couches I purchased, which have started peeling within less than two years of use. The most disappointing aspect is that an independent and competent upholsterer has confirmed that these couches are NOT genuine leather, despite being marketed as such by the salesperson.

This misrepresentation is unacceptable, and it reflects a deceptive practice by the company. I trusted their claims of providing genuine leather furniture, only to discover that I had been sold a subpar product. The peeling not only ruins the aesthetics of the couches but also raises questions about their quality and durability.

I feel utterly misled and disappointed in the company's lack of transparency. I would strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious and do thorough research before purchasing any products from this company, as they clearly cannot be trusted to deliver what they advertise.
