They don’t deliver

I have been waiting for my order for about 3 weeks now, with no communication or whatsoever. I then reached out to the shop via WhatsApp and was told that the despatch team was working on it and I should receive a call from them that day, I never received anything. Followed up again early this week, I was told the order was to be delivered this week. I asked for the scheduled day so I can make the necessary arrangements to work from home, then I got no response thereafter.
