The worst service ever
This has been my second time receiving the worst service from the store. The concept of layby means that you pay for the product and you’ll be able to take it out at a later stage this means that it has been reserved or kept aside for you. Yet they were informed last week Friday that we coming today for a pickup. Called in yesterday and we told that the layby stock has been sold out while I thought that it has been reserved and coming to pick it up.
