The most amazing an friendly staff I have ever met
The most amazing an friendly staff I have ever met. We had a problem with one of our lazy boy couches. I phoned the menlyn branch and spoke to a lady named Sharlotte. I explained the situation to her and she asked that I just email her the invoice which I made a not on regarding my problem. She assured me the head office / warehouse was going to phone me. The very next day they phoned me and advised they will be contacting me soon to replace my couch. She constantly followed up to make sure that I'm still good and if the phoned me. After the couch was replace she again phoned me to check if everything was working and if I'm happy. Talk about great customer service. The world needs more people like her. A job well done Sharlotte . And thank you for your friendly service.
