Terrible service from Essops Rustenburg

i bought couches on the 31st January 2025. I paid for them cash. The couches where fetched from Krugersdorp because Rustenburg didn't have the color i wanted. The couches where delivered on the 4th of february . then on the 21st Februqry the couch broke. The following day i went to the store to report and i was told the couch will be replaced. Since then its been story after story. I still have a broken couch. I wanted a new couch as that couch i didn't have it for more then 30 days. Then i got a call from Brighton and he told me that his boss said they must come pick up the couch for repairs and it will be returned after a week. I want a new couch or my money back. I have been buying furniture from this store. And im appauled at how im being treated.
