TERRIBLE SERVICE AND *****
This place is one place I will never ever buy anything from them anymore. We laybuyed a Tv stand in March of R8000 and we paid R6000 up until today. We wanted to take out the stand out last month settle the account pay the last R2000 only to find out they don't have stock the will only get stock in October knowing that we have paid this far. I called then 3 weeks back went to the shop to complete the form for refund cause we don't want to wait so long for something they knew were on ladybuy. Lungile said that they do refunds the last week of the month and the first week of the month I also spoke Aisha and she confirmed that she does the refunds and they never gave the payment to her. I follow up everyday and they keep saying the payment will be made today and it cant take this long cause we both bank with FNB. I am fed-up with these people and their lies we are still waiting and I told them if the money is not in the account today I will go to Hello Peter and the Ombustman .

Good day no one has contacted us as yet in fact I called them again and they wasting my money on calls and my time. Spoke to Ahisia this morning and she confirmed that she does not do the refunds so she said the guy who's name she did not mentioned will be in by 10 2 hours later no refund no call to me or my fiancé R6000 is a lot of money for us in these though times and they just keep on playing us the fool I have had it with this people.
