Terrible products and service from Essops

I paid R 31 000 for a set which worked for less than two months. Now that I can make peace with, however the fact that no one at the Branch, nor warehouse nor head office are willing to assist in getting it fixed, even though its still on warranty is the huge disappointment.

We have been contacting them for more than 2 months to try to get someone to come and look at it. First the staff (Zair/ Zadik) at the branch never submitted the complaint of need for repair to the applicable people even after we were phoning him on an almost daily basis. The supposed Manager Kim, whom was the actual only one trying to help or resolve the issue started getting a very bad attitude when I was just requesting to speak to a manager to still give in a complaint or get a time when the person needing to come and look at it was coming. I am paying someone to wait at my house as there isn't someone there on a daily basis (which I explained). So the person didn't show up on Friday, and I get this bad attitude when I phone on Monday to ask what time the person will be there.

All of them refuse to give me the contact details of a manager I can give the complaint through to, and wants to handle it herself even after numerous times explaining to her that this process is obviously not working.

More than two months later, I still have no answer or contact with any of the mangers. I will never buy from this place again, nor will I ever recommend it.

Biggest mistake buying it from this company. Still no feedback yet, and every person who I speak to is unhelpful, rude and has no idea how to speak to clients. I have been calling for months without any assistance. They reply to messages stating someone will call back, which they never do. They do not reply to messages/ emails/ phone calls etc. I will never use them of refer them ever again!
