Terrible customer service

I purchased 3 items from this retailer but only 2 items have been delivered. Have been calling every day to enquire about the outstanding item and still no delivery has been made. The standard of service is shocking. Every day it's empty promises. Continue to scoff at your customers and see how long your business lasts. You will not be seeing me ever again!
