Taking customer's money and not delivering

I bought a bedroom suite and paid for it in full on 6th July 2015. The store promised that delivery will take place in 3 weeks. It is now more than 2 months and they keep lying and making empty promises that they will deliver or refund me. I always have to call them and they don't call back to make follow up. These people are just *****.
