Shocked!

Purchased new sleeper couches from Essop Furniture. after two days all three sleeper couches broke. When contacting the store for a refund and return of good, the offered to simply repair the couches. I advised them that I was not happy doing that as poor quality products were supp****. I phoned again today to follow up with them and their solution to this matter : They will refund the couches but not the delivery fee. The CPA says that I as the customer have 7 days to return the goods along with a full refund. It is not the customers fault the couches are of poor quality and I should not have to lose out on the delivery fee.

It seems that Essops Furniture is not willing to come to the party in this regard. I will never refer any one I know to this store.
