Refund

I made a lay-by for the value of R21 000 at Essops Xavier in Oct 2025 and in Nov 2025 I decided to cancel my order and request a refund which the policy allows. Sthembiso from the store send the refund documents to Head Office, when I call Head Office directly it goes unanswered, both customer care and finance. Where have you seen a head office with no staff member to answer calls?? I Want My Money Back!!! I will never ever support Essops again, will tell my friends and family about the poor service. Refund Me Now!!!
