Refund
Im waiting for a refund from Essops Boksburg on a Lay-buy I had with them. I went to the shop and spoke to Emtiaaz who asked that I sent bank details confirmation & ID copy which I did .I was told that payment would take 7 days.It has been 2 weeks now still no refund.
