Reaped off R15000 by ESSOPS Furniture, delivered damaged furniture and now dont want to exchange them

I purchased dining room chairs from Essops furniture in Greenstone on the 25 of November 2018 on Black Friday. The chairs cost me a total of R15000 (R2500) per chair and delivery for R650.

When 6 of my chairs were delivered, two chairs were damaged and the delivery guy said i should call the store then i called the store while they were there and spoke to the sales consultant by the name of Raaiz who advised that i should make a note of it on the delivery receipt and also take pictures and send them to his cellphone number which i did and he responded saying thank you and verified if its just two chairs that need to be changed and confirmed yes. He then advised that they will deliver another two chairs however that never happened when i followed up then was advised that they are out of stock and due to that its December the factory has closed and they will deliver in January of 2019 .

I therefore followed up in January and spoke to another person by the name of Luke who advised that my order is out for delivery on which it never reached my house

I then followed up again and spoke to Raaiz again who advised that they will deliver and was given the delivery guy's contact details ( Vincent) whom i called and he confirmed that he will deliver however he also did not deliver and when i followed up with him he said i needed to call the warehouse and speak to Zaheer.

I therefore asked why should i as a client be going from back and forth for chairs that i have already paid for. I therefore spoke to Raaiz again who advised he will follow up then till this day he hasn't gotten back to me.

Today the 28th of August i called Raaiz to find out what happened and he told me that they wont be changing my chairs anymore as i bought the chairs on Black Friday and they were sold as it is. I told him that was not the case as the chairs came from the warehouse and not from the store and he advised that they did not keep stock in the shop and what they have its only for display. Today his telling me that i bought chairs on display and my chairs wont be changed whereas that wasn't the case.

The store should change my chairs or come take all those chairs and give me back my R15000 if they dont want to fix their mess as they have pushed me from pillar to post throughout the year since i bought these chairs. Essops i need those chairs changed or come take all the chairs and give me a refund for them if this cannot be fixed. I was never told they wont be able to change the damaged chairs they delivered to my house. I acted on instruction given by them to annotate on the delivery receipt and also take pictures of the damages and send to them

This has been a disaster when it comes to Customer experience and i will never ever purchase anything from the store nor recommend anyone to buy from it due to the service that i received from the store

I want my money back or come change the damaged chairs. R15000 is a lot of money and i will not allow to be reaped off by the Retail store like this. I worked for that money and i should get quality for the amount i paid for those chairs
