purchased a couch at Essop for R20k after 13 months it started spilling all over and Essop is not willing to help me

<p>I bought the cough last year February 2016 for R20,000 in Montana Pretoria. just a year after the purchase the couch is spilling all over. I mean even a couch for just R5,000 will not do that In just one year. Even if it was 13 months after purchase I don't expect the couch to fall apart. I went to store several times explaining challenges but I couldn't get help. I wrote e mails to store as well Nothing's happens.</p> <p>i feel like it's total *******. </p>
