Price quiry!

I went to Essops Vaal, I have a laybe with them with 22k already paid up, I saw a dining room suite 10piece @ R24, 999 went to the consultant as I wanted to pay R3000 to add on what I hav already paid, but was told it was a wrong price as it did not pic up on the system, spent more than two hrs while they were trying to contact head office on the pricing, but was not helped, wrote an email to head office with evidence of the tag price, Aisha called me and advised that the matter was being addressed, it took two weeks decided to follow up because I waited too long, wa told that they can only sell the 10 piece at 30,000 but they can't give me on the price I saw,

My customers right were taken away from me, m considering to cancel the laybe and get my cash back.
