Poor Services from Essops Sandton

I bought chairs from Essops Sandton in August 2023 and asked for chairs to be delivered end of January 2024. I had chairs that were ex display and mis-matched delivered in February. I returned them and was told I would get new chairs. I was also offered to top up some more money so I could get a more expensive brand of the chairs. I refused to pay extra. I sent email to Essops and I never got a reply. Its almost 9 months come May since we paid for the chairs. I have received very poor service delivery from Essops. If my money was in the bank I would have earned interest. Very bad service Essops Sandton.
