Poor Service from Essops furnishers

I bought a mirror at Essops Clear water on the 28th of June 2015, to date i still dont have the mirror and have been given the run around for over a month now. I was advised that the supplier who is un be known to me at this stage based in Durban is giving them the run around. I have made numerousl attempts via email and even telephonically to get hold of the MD or th CEO of Essops to escalate my complaint and to Date no one has called me or even acknowledged my emails. I am frustarted and more so extremely dissapoointed in th Essops group of Furniture. Their service is pathetic to say the least, i have escalated to numerous Essop branches namely Sandton, Randburg to assist me and no one actually cares about customer services. Gone are the days when reputable companies actually cares about customer service...disgusted with Essops Furnishers and i hope that this message will reach consumers not to buy from this group with this type of service.
