Poor service delivery and poor customer service
Horrible service. Horrible management. I bought furniture online for R12k, then when they had to deliver they didn't have it in the color I ordered. Their customer service agent KIM, who was dealing with my order also started disappearing when it was time to ensure my refund. I am still waiting to get refunded my money
